The game linked by Skate Browser
Our play button opens skate.aaddpp.lol, an unofficial Skate 3 browser fan project. Its launch notice says it is not made, endorsed or supported by EA or Black Box, and asks players to bring their own legally owned, converted Skate 3 copy.
The controls, World menu, Lite Mode and ONLINE instructions on this site refer to that project. Check the address of your game tab before following a keybind or setup guide.
The separate cleanroom browser project
andrewnakas/skate3-cleanroom is a separate project with its own browser build, setup instructions, clean asset-pack requirement and multiplayer room behavior. Its README describes WebGPU support and its own map and room features.
A shared Skate 3 name does not make the two projects interchangeable. Use that project’s README and controls when playing its build. Session codes and limits from one project should not be carried over to the other.
A native recompilation is another setup
A native build runs as software on your computer and has its own installation and game-data steps. A browser launcher does not install that build for you. Follow the source project’s instructions for the exact version you intend to use.
Likewise, EA’s skate. is a separate game from Skate 3 and these unofficial browser projects. Skate Browser is an independent guide site, with no affiliation to Electronic Arts or Black Box.
Keep your instructions matched
- Read the address and project name in your game tab.
- Use that project’s own-copy and asset setup instructions.
- Read its in-game Controls menu when a keybind differs.
- Use its multiplayer system and current room or session code.
- Describe the exact project when reporting a loading error.
For the game our launcher opens, start with your first session, then keep the controls reference nearby.
